Jeff has been working in cyber security professionally for about 20 years, and brings significant public sector experience to his role at Aquia.

Prior to joining the team, the majority of his career was spent supporting the United States Department of Defense (DoD) across multiple branches and operational capabilities. There, he worked at both the tactical and strategic level, spanning from security analysis to architecture and everything in between. Not content being confined only to windowless server rooms, he often challenged his own abilities by providing on-site expertise for a truck-based multi-level security platform that would occasionally be deployed to remote locations. Having worked from both the comfort of his home and the adversity of a truck in the Arctic, Jeff has the tools to problem-solve in any situation.

In his free time, Jeff enjoys volunteering with his bernedoodle therapy dog, Samus. He also loves cars, cooking, and bouncing from hobby to hobby — learning everything he can but never completely settling on a single interest.
